For more than 28 years, Cindy Frederick Fulton has been serving as the founder and executive director of Star Equestrians. She holds certifications as a therapeutic riding instructor and occupational therapist assistant, and is passionate about providing a safe and empowering environment for all kids to learn about horses and themselves!
